I have taken lessons with Butch Harmon and my son was at IMG with David Leadbetter, I have gone to clinics and work on my game for 20 years, my best years were 2009-2010 when I shot 71, 69 twice and once 68. Then I went through a Divorce and seems to lose my way, and started shooting over 100 it was a nightmare and I learned to hate the game. I stopped playing for 3 years.
One month ago I decide to buy a set of clubs again and take it up, I enrolled John as my instructor and was impressed from the moment I met him. He is far more intelligent than any instructor I met, when it comes to get you quick results, slowly if that makes sense. How? he first observes and then breaks down the first thing for you to work on. Then he groves that for a few days and then gives you the next piece. His vision for the completed swing is Brilliant. After my 5th lesson( only) I went out and shot 81. But what is most impressive to me was that I hit 9 fairways, I have never hit more than 8 even when I snot 68, even my sand game is better due to the fundamentals of my swing being solid.
